I wanted to prepare some after dinner snack for siang and did not know what to cook. Suddenly i remember the packet of Brown Rice Mee Suah that Sophie Mum has bought for me.
Easy and fast. Cook with Ikan Bilis soup base and finish within half an hour (20mins of cooking and 10 mins to finish it off by siang) haha
Siang comment : not bad

:) haha. its weekend hence the dinner snack :p so that he will go to bed earlier too haha (stomach full full happy toddler)
