Year 2014
Posted by MaMa Yeo
Horray! TS is in Primary 2 :)
This year would be a challenging? year as the school has shared with parents that year end results (P2) would determine which class the children would be allocated to for P3. In order to get into top 3 best class the child would have to be in the top 120? position (each P3 class would have about 40 students).
Term One of P2 starts today. TS came back happy as usual and well its another year of continuation of efforts to be put in and of course, we hope he would continue to enjoy his Pri school life.
TS. Keep up the good work.

It being the lunar chinese 9th Month, I thought it would be good to bring Siang for his first Trip to our local Island - Kusu Island :).
We bought the ferry ticket (adult was $16 and Children $12 including island entry) and weee...off we went.

2 Wheels---wee....
Posted by Mama Yeo
Today mark the day TS manage to cycle on 2 wheels :) - bicycle. I toke out the 2 training wheels some days back but then he could not manage hence one of the wheels was put back...since then Doreen (my fren aka colleagues) told me it was not that safe for TS to be ridding on 3 wheels. I was concern for a while.
Today after TS Mavis class i decide to bring the bicycle and there it was a young boy (the mum say he was 4 YOs) attempting with 2 wheels...and i grab the chance to convince TS to give it a try too (i manage to toke out the one left training wheels on the spot - people always say "its now or never keke).
With courage of like a big brother (to the 4YOs)....TS toke on the paddle...and there he was cycling on 2 wheels.
:) perhaps there are many other children younger than TS who manage to cycle on 2 wheels but...yes, I am proud of my son.
Achievements is not just about getting 100 marks or Band 1 in school. it is about what one can achieve and challenge themselves to learn a life time skill.
TS. Mama is proud of you and yes, he is getting a new 2 wheels bicycle soon (as the current one is a size too small for him)
