OK, just a short note here.
Today marks siang actual 2 years old; So siang is 2 :)
Sometime back, the neonat already no longer take siang corrected age (he being arrived early by 3 months) as part and parcel of assessment grading when we do follow up with her. She grade Siang based on his actual birth month/date.
hurrmm.. ok, siang is born August 2006 :)
I decide to sticky tag this as Corrected Birth-Date
